Ireland claimed the Dalriada Cup with a thrilling 42–33 victory over Scotland at Energia Park in the Energia AIL Clubs International. Bobby Sheehan delivered a stunning hat-trick (8’, 29’, 36’), while Adam Maher, Ronan Watters and Aran Egan also crossed. Conor Kelly was flawless from the tee with six conversions as Ireland led 28–12 at half-time. Scotland fought back strongly through a hat-trick from Andrew Mitchell, plus tries from Gregor Christie and Archie Barbour, with Dwain Patterson adding four conversions.
